The time has come and I have finally published my first “real” book! I have printed books before, but they were really just collections of photos and didn’t include any text. My new book takes the reader on a tour of the Western United States and Canada across 112 pages with over 200 color photographs, stories from the road, travel and photo tips, and camera settings for those who are interested in such things. As one friend phrased it “It felt like you were inviting the reader in to your house to hang out as you talked about the places you have been”.
The book is structured around eight regions, starting in Yosemite and the Sierra Nevada Mountains and then traveling to the California coast, north through Oregon and Washington and a side trip to Alaska. It then turns south through Canada into Montana and Wyoming before returning through Utah and Arizona to California.
Circling the West is available as an 11×8.5 inch paperback, digital PDF, and Kindle edition. I believe that a physical copy is the best way to view and enjoy this book, and I worked hard to provide a quality book at a reasonable price. The digital PDF is a download that you can view on any device. If you purchase a digital copy, I will send you a link and a password for downloading the file. The Kindle edition can be purchased via Amazon’s store and viewed using their Kindle app on any of your devices.
